Laura Massetti is a seasoned executive with a proven track record of scaling organizations, driving revenue growth, and executing high-impact strategies. She has successfully built sales teams, negotiated high-stakes deals, and fostered cultures of excellence in dynamic business environments.
Holding an MBA in International Business and Corporate Strategy, Laura has further honed her expertise through executive programs at Harvard University and Imperial College London. She began her career in Marketing and Public Relations in New York before joining IBM, where she excelled in the world-renowned sales training and leadership program. Quickly rising through the executive ranks of IBM’s global sales team, she specialized in selling and scaling complex deals across technology and services.
Laura later became Vice President of Sales for a leading healthcare company, where she built and led a high-performing sales organization. It was during this time that she discovered her passion for growing and scaling businesses. She recognized that while large companies have the resources to expand, many small and mid-sized businesses lack the investment capabilities to scale efficiently.
This realization led to the founding of Vita Vista Global. Combining her expertise in international business, sales strategy, marketing, and brand development, Laura launched Vita Vista Global to help businesses navigate growth and expansion.
In 2024, Laura relocated to Northern Italy, where she now serves as a bridge between international businesses, helping them expand seamlessly across borders.
